The Squatch Squad is a series of 20 illustrations (some of which you can see here) completed in 2022. Each illustration is a play on the various species of Bigfoot type creatures from around the globe. They are hand-drawn highly detailed digital pieces created in Adobe Photoshop. They can take up to several months each to complete.
Work from this series has been featured in numerous exhibitions across the United States and has received recognition from the Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, Creative Quarterly Magazine 53,54 & 55, 3x3 Magazine and the Connecticut Art Directors Club’s Gold and Silver Awards in the Illustration categories. Seven pieces have also been featured on internationally distributed beer cans by Collective Arts Brewing, Hamilton, ON, Canada.
